Lennox has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Heat Controller, an HVAC equipment supplier serving distributors across North America through the Comfort-Aire and Century brands.
The acquisition is intended to expand Lennox’s access to small and mid-size HVAC distributors and broaden its equipment offerings. Lennox said Heat Controller brings a broad product portfolio, product availability, established brands and customer service capabilities valued by distributor partners.

The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
