NAVAC has entered into a strategic partnership with HVAC/R diagnostic and specialty tool manufacturer AccuTools. Under the exclusive agreement, NAVAC will manage AccuTools’ distribution, marketing and territory operations across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
AccuTools’ product portfolio will be integrated into NAVAC’s distribution and marketing infrastructure. NAVAC will oversee centralized logistics and fulfillment across North American sales channels and coordinate sales and promotional activities for both brands.
The companies said distributors will be able to combine NAVAC and AccuTools orders, reducing the number of vendors they manage and lowering administrative requirements. The partnership will also provide distributors and technicians with unified product availability and support.
