Nordic Climate Group’s Swedish subsidiary Kylgruppen has acquired Bromma Energi, a specialist in the installation and service of heat pump systems. The acquisition adds heat pump expertise and technical capacity to the group’s Swedish operations.
Founded in 1999 by Peter Bendel and Tony Carlen, Bromma Energi works with housing associations, property management companies, rental properties and private homes. Niklas Lindström joined the company in 2017, adding specialist expertise in cooling and heating systems.
The company has particular expertise in geothermal heating and will become part of Kylgruppen. Lindström, who currently runs Bromma Energi with its team, will remain involved in the company’s development.
