Qvantum Appoints Ghislain Bouillet to Lead France Expansion

Qvantum has appointed Ghislain Bouillet as Managing Director in France as the company expands in Europe’s largest heat pump market. The appointment supports Qvantum’s European growth strategy and its continued investment in France.

Bouillet will lead commercial growth, strategic partnerships and the rollout of Qvantum’s next-generation heat pump powered energy systems in the French market. He has held senior commercial roles in the industry, including positions with Carrier and Nibe, and brings experience in growth, transformation and strategic positioning.

Qvantum said France is supported by national electrification targets, energy security priorities and government-backed renovation incentives. The company described France as a strategically important market for its broader European expansion.

“Joining Qvantum is both an honor and an exciting challenge. France’s decarbonization ambitions put transformation of urban heating at the very top of the national agenda. Qvantum’s digital and systemic approach to energy systems is exactly what the French market needs. I am convinced Qvantum has what it takes to develop in France, and I cannot wait to get started,” said Ghislain Bouillet, MD of Qvantum France.

“France represents a strategically important market for us and for Europe’s broader energy transition. Qvantum as an energy-tech company provides innovative heat-pump systems that go beyond traditional offerings. Ghislain will help us to fulfill our vision to enable many people to live a life free from fossil fuel dependence. I wish him a warm welcome to Qvantum,” said Fredrik Rosenqvist, CEO of Qvantum.
