Swegon merges German HVAC units under new name

Zent-Frenger GmbH and Barcol-Air Production GmbH will operate under the unified name Swegon Operations HEP GmbH as part of their integration within the Swegon Group.

The merger is intended to bundle expertise, use synergies and strengthen the group’s position in energy-efficient solutions for healthy indoor climate systems. Both companies have experience in developing and producing HVAC systems, particularly for heating, cooling and ventilation.

Swegon Operations HEP GmbH operates a production centre at its Heppenheim site, combining development, production and operational activities. The company said customers will continue to receive the same quality, resources and support through closer integration with the international Swegon network.

“With this rebranding, we are creating a clear and unified structure that strengthens the visibility of our affiliation with the Swegon Group while increasing our operational effectiveness,” said Stefan Steckel, Managing Director. “For our customers, continuity in terms of quality, contacts and service will of course remain unchanged.”

The rebranding will not affect existing business relationships, contracts or points of contact. All activities will continue seamlessly.
