DSI Dantech launches CryoFreeze series for rapid food freezing

DSI Dantech has launched its CryoFreeze series for ultra-fast freezing, cooling and crust freezing of food products. The portfolio is designed to reduce yield loss and protect product integrity through rapid freezing.

The series includes CryoFreeze Spiral, Tunnel, Batch and Basic systems. DSI Dantech says the solutions are designed for flexible capacity, short start-up times and integration into production lines.

The company also lists high hygiene standards, easy operation, reduced weight loss and support for changing production requirements among the portfolio’s features.
